Display Information
During playback, ID3 tag information display
scrolling on the screen: FOLDER, FILE,
ALBUM,TITLE,ARTISTandTrackNumber/
Elapsed Time.
Folder Up/Down
Pressthe5/DNbuttontogotothe previous
folder.Pressthe6/UPbuttontogotothenext
folder.
Direct Song/File Access
1. Press the AMS button once and press
MENU button to enable direct track
searching.
2.RotatetheVOL/MENU control toselecta
digit at the units position.
3.PressMENUbuttonto confirmentry and
thetensdigitwillash.
4.RotatetheVOL/MENUcontroltoselectthe
tens digit.
5. Repeat above steps to enter the hundreds
and thousands digit, if necessary.
NOT E: The unit wi ll only al low the
selection of digits that correspond with
the numberof les onthemediayouare
searching.
6.Once the track number appears on the
screen, long pressMENUbutton toplay
theselectedsong/le.
Searching Folders/Files
1.Press the AMS button twice and press
MENU button to access the“FILESCH”
option.
2.RotatetheVOL/MENUcontroltoselectthe
desireddirectory/song.
3.PressMENUbuttontoviewthelesinside
the selected directory.
4.RotatetheVOL/MENUcontroltoselectthe
song/file. PressMENUbuttonto playthe
selectedsong/le.
Searching by Name (CHAR-SCH)
1.Press the AMS button three times and
pressMENUbuttonto accessthe“CHAR
SCH”option.
2.RotatetheVOL/MENUcontroltoselectthe
characters A-Z, _ , - , + , and 0-9 for the
rstcharacter.
3.PressMENUbuttontoconrmentryofthe
character and move to the next position.
4. Repeat for up to eight characters.
5.HoldMENUbuttonfor2secondstobegin
the search.
6.If a directory is found, rotate the VOL/
MENUcontroltoselectthesong/leinthis
directory/folder.
7.HoldMENUbuttonfor2secondsto play
the selected song/file. “NO MATCH”
appearsifthereisnolebeginningwiththe
search string entered.
