Step 1:

Attach torch (A) to middle pole (B) by inserting

torch into middle pole.

Step 2:

Attach base (C) to middle pole (B) by inserting

stake base into middle pole.

OPERATION ON/OFF: The unit is shipped in the OFF position. Remove solar unit from torch by twisting off the solar unit (Photo #1). Locate the switch on the bottom of the unit and slide it from left (OFF position) to right (ON position)(Photo #2). In the ON position, the solar cell will light up automatically at dusk and will shut OFF automatically when the solar panel is exposed to daylight. Location: Select a sunny location.
