Response(s) Start:
The response data syntax for <Start> is defined
as a <NR3 NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA>
element.
The <Start> response corresponds to either the
current or the MINimum/MAXimum instrument
sweep start frequency.
Example(s) SENS:FREQ:STAR 197.5 THZ
SENS:FREQ:STAR? Returns 1.975000E+014
