Response(s) Stop:
The response data syntax for <Stop> is defined
as a <NR3 NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA>
element.
The <Stop> response corresponds to either the
current or the MINimum/MAXimum instrument
sweep stop frequency.
Example(s) SENS:FREQ:STOP 220.0 THZ
SENS:FREQ:STOP? Returns 2.200000E+014
