Description This query returns computed WDM analysis
global result for signal power flatness.
At *RST, this value is not available.

The response data syntax for <Flatness> is
defined as a <NR3 NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA>
element.
The <Flatness> response corresponds to the
computed signal power flatness.

Notes Special NAN (not a number) value
