high quality commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition; d) unauthorized
adjustments, repairs or alterations; e) corrosion or neglect; f) other influences beyond our
direct and immediate control. Excel Industries, Inc. will not honor any claim whatsoever

any purpose including civil defense, police activity, hunting dangerous game, or combat.
