The EX-i Series GigE (FDD) Digital Microwave Radios
The Exalt EX-i Series GigE (FDD) Digital Microwave Radios are the most advanced carrier-class
point-to-point terrestrial radio communications devices operating in the 5725 to 5850 MHz, 5925 to
6425 MHz, and 6525 to 6875 MHz frequency bands. Figure 1 shows the EX-6i-DS3-GigE Digital
Microwave Radio.

The EX-i Series GigE (FDD) radios connect voice and/or digital data from one location to another,
obviating the need for copper or fiber connectivity, or enhancing existing connectivity by providing a
redundancy solution, a primary solution, and/or additional capacity.
