Replacing the Scan Chassis Timing Wheel

1. Turn over the scan chassis. Using your finger, push the timing wheel (1) towards the edge

of the chassis until it releases from under the axle clips (2).

2. Lift out the old wheel and axle.

3. Insert the new axle into the wheel and position the wheel into the opening in the scan

chassis. Make sure to position the wheel with the rubber o-ring (3) towards the

measurement aperture (4) end.

4. Using you finger, push the timing wheel and axle into position under the clips.
