Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology Co., Ltd, warrants the following Products to be free
from defect in material and workmanship for five (5) years.
Street lights, High bays, Floods,Wall Packs, Canopies, Linear High bays,Shoe box lights
Buyer must notify Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology in writing, within 30 days of noticing the defect.
Return authorization is required. Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology reserves the right to change
Product design without assuming any obligation to modify any Product previously manufactured.
Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology shall have no liability for failure of items in which Products are
incorporated; or aesthetic imperfections not affecting Product function.
THIS CONSTITUTES THE SOLE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. THERE ARE NO
OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology WILL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.REMEDY IS LIMITED TO
REPLACEMENT
OR
REPAIR. AT Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology’ DISCRETION. Eway(HK)
Globallighting Technology IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO REMOVAL OR
INSTALLATION OR COST OF REMOVAL, SHIPPING OR INSTALLATION OF REPAIRED OR
REPLACED PRODUCT.
If Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology furnishes advice or assistance for Product, or any system or
equipment in which Product may be installed, such advice or assistance shall not subject Eway(HK)
Globallighting Technology to liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort, negligence or otherwise.
This Limited Warranty shall be void in the event of accident, abuse, damage, improper transport,
improper handling, improper service, improper storage, improper installation, improper maintenance,
tampering, alteration or repair not performed by Eway(HK) Globallighting Technology , negligence, use
different from intended use, power supplied to any part of the Product exceeding rated tolerance,
external device attached by Buyer that causes excessive operating conditions, practice causing
conditions exceeding the design tolerance of the Product, serial or batch ID removed or defaced, acts
of God, vandalism, fire, civil disturbance or failure to comply with operating instructions.
