• The secondary links of the V3X boards correspond to the middle connectors of a
codec module:
◦ J5 for IN connectors
◦ J3 for OUT connectors
3.2.2. SD/HD Base Configurations
Introduction
The tables below show the available SD/HD configurations with an XS 5U server and XS
6U server, and how the BNC connectors should be cabled.
The option 'mix on one channel' is only available with an XS server equipped with V3X
boards.
Note
When the option 'mix on one channel' is activated on a play channel (Channels
tab, page 7), the secondary link of the codec module (J3 on V3X board) of the
play channel is used to play transition effects.
