Media Info Area
The Media Info area contains the same information as the Media Info area available in
the Clip Maintenance. Refer to section 3.10.2 ‘Media Info Area’ on page 84.
Playlist Area
The Playlist area displays the backup clips included in the playlist that is being or has
been created.
Based on the clips selected in the XFile List area, you can perform the following actions
in the Playlist area:
• adding clips to a playlist
• removing clips from a playlist
• changing the clip position in the playlist.
PL Info Area
The PL Info area (i.e. Playlist Information area) displays the metadata related to the
playlist of backup clips.
You can also perform the following actions in the PL Info area:
• saving and loading a playlist created in the Playlist area.
• exporting a playlist of backup clips into a single media file.
• specifying the parameters to be used when the playlist backup file, or the playlist
rendered from server, and the XML file(s) are created.
• rendering a playlist from an EVS video server into a single media file to the XFile
disks.
