3.3.7 TAB 7 – XML

A few operations made by XFile as backup, restore, delete, copy,… are remotely

controlled via XML file by a source application (IPDirector, Automation system,

…).

Two modes are available:

• XML files are put in a folder located on the same hardware than XFile and

XFile scans this folder

• XML files are put in a folder on the network. Several XFile scan this folder and

the jobs are distributed among them.
