7.2 Creating and mailing or exporting Reports
7.2.1 Prerequisites
To be able to send a Notes & Comments report by email, make sure:
• you have set up an email account on your iPad;
• you have turned on Wi Fi on your iPad;
• you have joined a Wi Fi network.
Otherwise, an error message will appear.
To be able to open a Notes & Comments report on your iPad, you need a PDF reading
application like iBooks.

7.2.2 How to Create and Mail or Export Reports
To create a report and mail it or open it in a PDF reading app on your iPad, proceed as
follows:
1.
In the Title bar, tap .
A popover with two action buttons appears.
2.
Tap:
• Send via Mail, if you want to mail your report.
• Export, if you want to open your report in a PDF reading app on your iPad.
A window appears that allows you to filter your notes and comments.
3.
In the Report Scope field, tap and select:
• Whole Episode, if you want the notes and comments made for a whole
