If no network is defined in Remote Installer, there will be no XNet root and the EVS
servers will appear as root nodes.
A lot of information is given, by means of icons or additional text, on the hardware/device,
type of server channel, resolution, connected remote devices, stream status, channels
association mode... See section "Channel Explorer Icons" on page 5 for a description of
all the icons.
