The Element is Inserted between the Cued Elements
and before the Playing Element
The inserted element is assigned to the next channel in the ABCD order, based on the
previous element. The channel assignment of the cued elements and the next ones is not
modified (no ripple operation).
In case the channel assigned to the inserted element corresponds to the playing
channel, the inserted element is not cued.

In case the channel assigned to the inserted element does not correspond to the
playing channel, the inserted element is cued. So, the element which was cued on the
channel taken by the inserted element is uncued.
