2.5.10 HOW TO RENAME KEYWORDS
To rename a keyword in a dictionary, proceed as follows:
1. Open the dictionary.
2. Click the Edit button to active the Edit mode.
3. Right-click on the keyword you want to rename.
4. Select Rename Keyword from the contextual menu.
The Rename Keyword window opens.
5. Enter the new name and press Save.
2.5.11 HOW TO REMOVE KEYWORDS FROM THE DICTIONARY
To remove a keyword from a dictionary, proceed as follows:
1. Open the dictionary.
2. Click the Edit button to active the Edit mode.
3. Right-click on the keyword you want to remove.
4. Select Remove the keyword from the Dictionary from the contextual
menu.
A popup message is displayed.
5. Press YES.
2.5.12 HOW TO COPY KEYWORDS BETWEEN DICTIONARY AND
KEYWORD GRID
It is possible to copy keywords from Keyword Grid to Dictionary and vice-versa.
Proceed as follows:
1. Open both Keyword Grid and Dictionary tools.
2. In both windows, click the Edit button to active the Edit mode.
3. Drag the keywords from one to the other tool in any direction.
