2.4.8 HOW TO EDIT A KEYWORD GRID
You can edit a keyword grid either at a page level or at a cell level.
HOW TO EDIT PAGES OF A KEYWORD GRID
1. Open the keyword grid you want to edit.
2. Select the Edit command in the menu bar.
3. Perform the desired action, referring to section 2.4.4 about ‘Keyword Grid

iting Toolbar’, i.e. insert page, append page, rename page, delete page,
clear page.
HOW TO EDIT CELLS OF A KEYWORD GRID
1. Open the keyword grid you want to edit.
2. Select the Edit command in the menu bar.
3. Select the cell you want to edit. It is then displayed with another
background color.
4. Right-click on the cell you want to edit.
The following contextual menu appears:
5. Select the desired option between:
• Cut
• Copy
• Paste
• Clear Selected position: will clear the content of the selected cell
• Define as participant keyword: refer to section 2.3.4 ’Keyword Types’ for
more information.
• Change color, refer to section ‘How to Set Keyword Cell Colour’.
