2.3.9 HOW TO DELETE KEYWORDS

There are two ways to delete keywords:

• Delete unused keywords (without selecting them)

• Delete keywords from the keyword list (with prior selection)

To delete all unused keywords in the database, select Delete All Unused

Keywords from the File menu in the Keyword List tool:

To delete one or more selected keywords, proceed as follows:

1. In the Keyword List tool, select the keyword(s) to delete from the list.

Use CTRL (+SHIFT) for a multiple selection.

2. Right-click and select Delete Keyword from the contextual menu.
