HOW TO EXPORT A PROFILE OR A LOG SHEET PROFILE
To export a metadata profile into an XML file, proceed as follows:
1. In the main IPDirector window, select the menu Metadata > Profiles
Management.
The Metadata Profiles Management window opens.
2. Select the profile or the log sheet profile to export.
3. In the File Menu, select Export Selected Profiles.
The Export Profile window opens:
4. Select the folder where you will export the file in the Save in drop-down list
and type a file name for the profile to export in the File Name field.
5. Click Save.
The profile or the log sheet profile is exported to the requested folder.
Note
To export the default profile, select Export Current Profiles from the
File menu.
