EDITING A BATCH LIST
There are several ways to edit the Batch List before it is processed.
• The Batch List can be edited directly, similar to a spreadsheet. Click the cell
you wish to edit and make the required changes.
• Right-click a line in the list to open the contextual menu and select an option:
o Insert: add a new line in the Batch List
o Delete: delete the selected clip in the Batch list
o Delete All: delete all the clips in the Batch list
MANAGING BATCH LISTS
Batch Lists can be managed using the buttons on top of the list:
Field Name Instructions
Batch list name Contains the name of the currently active batch list (if any).
Open Opens an existing batch list.
Close Closes the active batch list.
New Creates a new batch list.
Modify Modifies the properties (Name and/or Description) of the
active batch list.
Delete Deletes a saved batch list.
