ADVANCED INSERT MODES
It is possible to insert elements other than clips into an IP
Director play-list, these can be found in the contextual menu in
the Play-List Edit Area:
The following sections provide a detailed description of these
menu items:
• ‘Insert LIVE or DELAY’, on page 142
• 'Modify LIVE or Delay’, on page 144
• 'Insert Tag’, on page 146.
• ‘Insert a Linked Clip’, on page 151.
INSERT LIVE OR DELAY
When Insert LIVE or Delay is selected from the contextual
menu, the following window is displayed:
This window allows the insertion of a live or delayed record train
into the play-list. Train boundaries can either be defined or
calculated. The output boundary can even be unknown.
