2.3.5 KEYWORD GRID VIEW OPTIONS
Menu Item Description
Empty
Position
Shows the empty keywords cells.
Description Shows the keyword grid description.
Keyword
Numbers
Shows the index number of each keyword in
a grid.
Note
Keyword number allows a fast selection using the
numeric pad of your keyboard, ‘+’ and ‘-‘ keys.
Example:
• To add the keyword number 1, press ‘1’ on the numeric pad
then press ‘+’.
• To remove a specific keyword, press the keyword’s number
on the numeric pad than press ‘-‘.
