4.1.4. Removing Clip Archive Metadata From
IPDirector
To remove the archive metadata in the IPDirector database of clips that are not known in
the IP2Archive database, proceed as follows:
1. The user searches in the IPDirector tab for clips in the IPDirector database that have
archive metadata.
2. Deep Archive Sync checks if these clips exist in the IP2Archive database or not. The
clips that do not exist are returned.
3. The user requests to remove the archive metadata of these clips in the IPDirector
database. The archive metadata is removed from the IPDirector database.
