Displaythesequencedurationorthedurationofallsequencesloadedintheplaylistinslidermode.
13.5 Batch subclipping
ItisnotadvisabletoprocesstheingestwhileyouplayasequenceonanXDCAMDevice(duetoBlu-raylatency).
Ifyouwanttoprocessnumeroussubclipsfromtheplayer,youcanlocktheingeststack, defineyoursubclipsonebyone,
ejectthesequencefromplayer,thenunlocktheingeststack.
iOnSONYProDiskdevices,ENGSoftcanonlyreadonefileatatime.Thislimitsperformance.Youcannotplayaclip
intheplayeronthedeviceandruningestsatthesametime.Youmustejectthesequenceintheplayerinorderto
unlocktheingestjobs.
Ifadeviceiscurrentlylockedforreadingbyaprocessandanotherprocessistryingtogainaccesstothatsamedevice,a
notificationpopupwillbedisplayedonthedevicetellingyouwhichprocesshasbeenrefusedandwhichoneholdsthe
lock.
