Maintenance of the cleaning roller

Cleaning cycle: each time you load a new ribbon

Use: cleaning cloths

Your Dualys printer has two cleaning rollers. Their adhesive surface holds the dust when the cards are

passed. Although these rollers are maintained with the automatic cleaning of the printer, it is never-

theless advisable, for the perfect cleaning of the surface of the cards, to clean them regularly and sim-

ply with a cloth supplied in the cleaning set.

To maintain the cleaning rollers, proceed as below:

IMPORTANT !

Following a cleaning cycle, wait 2 minutes for the cleaner to evaporate entirely before using

the printer.

1. Open the printer cover.

Remove the ribbon if

present and remove the

two cleaning rollers.

2. Remove dust by

rubbing gently with

cloth over the whole

roller surface.

3. Once dry, replace

the two rollers in the

printer, then close

the printer cover.
