Care and maintenance
Routinely caring for your hearing aids and charging case contributes to
enhancing your using experience and outstanding device performance.
Please refer to the following specifications when cleaning, drying, and
storing your Orka One hearing aids. For further information regarding product
safety, see the chapter “Safety Information".
Wipe the hearing aids daily with a soft and dry tissue.
Check the receiver and earpiece for earwax or moisture. Clean the earpiece right after
removal with a soft and dry tissue. This prevents earwax from becoming dry and hard.
Consult your hearing care professional about recommended cleaning products, unique care
sets, or more information on maintaining your hearing aids in good condition.
Before using hair spray or applying cosmetics, please remove the hearing aids first.
Never use soap or household detergent to clean the hearing aids.
Never use any kind of liquid to clean your hearing aids.
Never apply excessive pressure while cleaning.
