36 Month Limited Warranty
This limited warranty applies to all Camera Source brand camera kits that contain the Super CMOS camera.
Camera Source LLC warrants this camera is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a
term of 36 months from the date of purchase.
Camera Source sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace the camera module under the
following guidelines:
USA and Canada
Camera Source will pay for shipping costs and camera module and/or harness for up to 36 months from date of purchase. Any
duties, express or special shipping charges are at the expense of the Buyer
International (all others)
Same as above but shipping costs not covered outside of 6 months from date of purchase
-Warranty is for camera module/harness only and does not include any housings, bezels or other hardware that were part of
the initial kit. Labor or any other collateral expense is not covered under this warranty.
-Camera Source shall not be liable under this warranty if this product has been misused, abused, altered, repaired without
authorization or damaged by other than normal wear
-This warranty extends to only the original purchaser and rights are solely those of the original purchaser and is non-
transferable to subsequent owners
-Proof-of-purchase is required for warranty support
-The above warranty is in lieu of other warranty whether expressed, implied, or statutory including, but not limited to any
warranty for fitness of purpose, merchantability or freedom from infringement or the like, and any warranty otherwise arising
out of any proposal, specifications or sample. Camera Source neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any
other liability

invoice number or copy of receipt). Warranty is non-transferrable.
