IRQ Resources - When resources are controlled manually, each
system interrupt must be assigned a corresponding IRQ number.
The corresponding IRQ type is dependant upon the type of device
that requires the interrupt. The settings for this function are PCI
Device and Reserved. See Figure 3.11 below.
