225. The PowerMTS 221STi, was the rst compact MIG, AC/DC TIG, and Stick
unit to come to market. It was innovative and reliable full of many functions that
the industry still hasn’t matched to date. The blood line continues strong in the
new Lightning series. The new Lightning MTS 225 has the same features as
the old PowerMTS 221STi, but has a few new ones of its own, with the syner-
gic Power Set function, Spot Stitch MIG function, AC advanced pulse and digi-
tal display. A new wave form for has been added as well for AC use.
