Complete All-in-One Capability

As with the PowerMTS series, the new Lightning series

is the rst ever compact MIG/AC-DC TIG/Stick model to

make it to market. Originally under the PowerMTS

name, the Lightning series is the second generation of

multi-process welders from Everlast that also features

AC/DC TIG operation. Lightning models features a fully

digital LED display and digital control. The new units are

intuitive and allow the user to view at a glance and

quickly make changes to most any common parameter.

Why Buy a Multi-Process Unit?

What determines the usefulness of any tool? It is a question of whether the machine has what the user needs to get the job d one or not. When you consider an MTS type unit, there’s very little lacking to get the job done in almost any

circumstance. The PowerMTS and Lightning MTS series are serious contenders for almost any job, thanks to the heavy duty construction and IGBT inverter components. They can be relied upon for daily, commercial/industrial use.

With any of these units, You’ll always have the right tool for the job, and won’t have to worry about adding more equipment down the road.

The PowerMTS 211Si and 251Si are both very portable and can be used about anywhere a generator (clean powered of course) can be brought in to power it. The duty cycle at maximum output is unrivaled and makes both of them

excellent choices for general steel/stainless fabrication chores and general maintenance activities.

The Lightning MTS 225 is small are a bit beeer, but still portable. They are perfect for use at stationary work stations where they can be trusted to weld Steel, Stainless, Titanium and even Aluminum any time and be ready to do so in

a matter of mere seconds. With the addition of a water cooler either unit can t into any fabrication environment.

GMAW/GTAW/SMAW PowerMTS 211Si A Small and Portable Solution. The PowerMTS 211Si is the perfect combination of size and performance. With up to 200 Amps of MIG/TIG welding power, and up to 175 Amps of Stick power, the unit is a perfect, go anywhere multi-process unit. This unit can be run off of a generator with clean power surge output of just 9000W. Though the unit is DC only, the unit can fitted with an optional spool gun if aluminum welding is desired.

GMAW/GTAW/SMAW PowerMTS 251Si In a Class All By Itself. The biggest thing you’ll notice about the PowerMTS 251Si is that the unit really breaks the mold and doesn’t fit well into any MTS category. Yes, it’s DC output only, but it also features Pulse MIG and Pulse TIG capability to add extra versatility. The unit allows you to save up to 9 programs for instant recall of favorite settings for fast start up. The unit also can operate on 120V or 240V with excellent output while operating on 120V.

GMAW/GTAW/SMAW PowerMTS 400 More Power. There’s not much to say about our PowerMTS 400 power source except, Wow! This unit features a full 400 amps of welding power at maximum output. The unit has more than enough power to weld almost anything you will come across. The unit features DC output and uses a detachable wire feeder for MIG and Flux Core wire feeding duties up to 75 feet from the power source. The unit has stitch and crater fill features for fine weld control.
