HD Failure:
Figure 4-14 Alarm & Event Menu – Event - HD Failure
Log Check box to record events in the log.
Buzzer Check box to enable the buzzer if no hard drive is detected on system startup.
Email Notify Check box to enable email notification function when HD fails. Email operation
requires that valid email settings have been entered in the Network Setting/Email setup
screen.
Network Alarm Check box to send out a network alarm to client PC. (requires PowerCon software and
setting up Alarm Server in Network Setup menu).
Alarm Output Selection of relay output as event reaction “NONE” (not active), “1” ~ “4” for the relay
(in 4 channel version is only 1 relay available).
Output Type Output action will be Transparent and cannot be changed (alarm output remains as
long as the alarm condition is active).
