Remove

the

system

cover

(see

Appendix

1

on

how

to

remove

the

system cover).

4.

Remove

the

hard

disk

controller

from

the

anti-static

bag;

then

make

sure

the

controller

is

configured

for

the

drive

you

have

(see

Section

4.2

for

instructions

on

configuring

the

controller).

5.

Locate

an

available

expansion

slot

cover

nearest

the

floppy

disk

controller

and

remove

the

screw

that

holds

the

expansion

slot

cover

in

place;

lift

the

slot

cover

off.

Be

sure

to

save

the

screw, as you will use it

to

secure

the

controller

later.
