Basic Troubleshooting Methods
If the flush valve is leaking, check the causes using the following probable causes and solutions:
A. The refill tube is inserted too deep. Adjust the nozzle of refill tube to be higher than the WL.
B. The button push rod is too long and prevents the full or half flush button from resetting. Cut out a
part and reinstall and adjust.
Note: The cut-out area is the upper end of the push rod.
C. The valve body is dirty due to dirty water. Remove the valve body and clean.
D. The valve body and the base are not installed correctly. Remove and reinstall.
E. The rubber gasket is not installed correctly. Remove and reinstall.
F. The lock nut on the base is loose. Remove the water tank and tighten it by 1/4 more turn according
to step 5A to ensure no leakage.
