Description The Everbilt Multi-Purpose Construction Adhesive and Sealant is a one-component, high modulus, mildew resistant multi-purpose elastomeric hybrid adhesive and neutral curing sealant that hardens in reaction with moisture. This adhesive and sealant is extremely flexible with excellent bond strength, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Do not apply more adhesive than can be covered within 20 minutes (50% relative humidity). The Everbilt Multi-Purpose Construction Adhesive and Sealant will start to skin over within 20 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity. As this material reacts with moisture, please note that the skin will develop faster in higher humidity environments. If the adhesive dries or skins over, it must be scraped up, and fresh adhesive needs to be applied.
