About Troubleshooting Guide for IP Softphone
The objective of this Troubleshooting Guide is to help you to solve problems around IP Softphone
applications (IP 4980 Softphone, IP Web Softphone and 4980 Softphone in Nomadic VoIP mode):
bad voice quality, application remains in “Initialization in progress” state, audio tuning, etc. Document
