Gentile cliente Il piano cottura a gas ad incasso è destinato all’uso domestico. Per l’imballaggio dei nostri prodotti usiamo materiali che rispettano l’ambiente, sono riciclabili ed idonei ad essere deposti o distrutti. Per questo motivo abbiamo segnalato adeguatamente i materiali per l’imballo. Quando l’apparecchio non sarà più utilizzato e sarà d’imgombro, si raccomanda di consegnarlo ad una ditta per il recupero d’apparecchi »fuori uso« in modo che l’ambiente non venga inquinato.
ISTRUZIONI TECNICHE E INSTALLAZIONE AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI • L’apparecchio può essere incassato nel mobile della cucina, collegato alla rete elettrica e al gas solo da un tecnico autorizzato. • Nell’ambiente, durante l’uso dei bruciatori a gas, si sprigionano il calore e l’umidità aggiuntiva. Se l’uso dei bruciatori è prolungato e più intenso dovete intensificare l’areazione ed accendere la cappa. • Non usate i bruciatori a gas se la fiamma del gas non è stabile.
INSTALLAZIONE DEL PIANO DI COTTURA Avvertenze importanti A B C D E F G • L’apparecchio può essere incassato, collegato alla rete elettrica e al gas solo da un tecnico autorizzato. • Il rivestimento del mobile da incasso deve essere trattato con le colle termoresistenti (100°C), altrimenti a causa di minore resistenza termica può cambiare la forma. • Il piano cottura da incasso è adatto ad essere incassato nel piano di lavoro, sopra il mobile di profondità 600mm o più.
Posizionamento della guarnizione in poliuretano espanso Prima dell’incasso dell’apparecchio nel piano di lavoro, si deve incollare sulla parte inferiore del piano cottura la guarnizione in poliuretano espanso, che è in dotazione con l’apparecchio. L’incasso senza la guarnizione è vietato! La guarnizione deve essere inserita nel modo seguente: ▪ Togliere dalla guarnizione la pellicola protettiva, ▪ Incollare la guarnizione sulla parte inferiore a 2-3mm dal bordo.
• Per la protezione dal pericolo di incendio, questo apparecchio può essere incassato, da una parte vicino ad un mobile più alto di esso, mentre nella parte opposta può essere posizionato un mobile della stessa altezza dell’apparecchio. • Dopo l’incasso, le parti isolate e quelle che portano corrente elettrica devono essere protette dall’eventuale contatto. ATTENZIONE! • Prima di ogni intervento bisogna staccare l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica.
Collegamento • Bisogna collegarsi al gas locale secondo le leggi in vigore del locale distributore di gas. • L’apparecchio è dotato (nella parte inferiore) di raccordo per il gas di filetto esterno ISO 7- 1 R1/2. • L’apparecchio ha in dotazione il raccordo per il gas liquido, il raccordo conico, e le guarnizioni non metalliche. • Durante il collegamento bisogna tenere il raccordo R ½ fermo, in modo che non ruoti.

Avvertenze importanti • I bruciatori sono dotati di un elettrodo presenza fiamma. Se la fiamma del bruciatore si spegne accidentalmente o involontariamente (ad es. corrente d’aria, liquido che fuoriesce dalla pentola): l’afflusso di gas si interrompe automaticamente, impedendo così che il gas si propaghi nella stanza. • Il coperchio del bruciatore deve sempre essere posizionato esattamente sulla corona. Fate attenzione che le aperture sulla corona del bruciatore siano sempre libere.

Accensione e funzionamento bruciatori Istruzioni per l’utente Quest’apparecchio dovrà essere destinato solo all’uso per il quale è stato concepito, e cioè per la cottura ad uso domestico.Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso. Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni derivanti da usi impropri, erronei ed irragionevoli.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE Non utilizzare mai apparecchi a vapore per la pulizia. Il vapore potrebbe infatti giungere alle parti sotto tensione e causare un corto circuito. Pulire sempre il piano di cottura dopo ogni uso, lasciandolo prima raffreddare. Si consiglia di asciugare il piano dopo averlo pulito con un panno umido per evitare residui di calcare. Eliminare subito alimenti o liquidi contenenti sale dal piano di cottura per impedire l'alterazione della superficie.
IMPORTANTI AVVERTENZE E SEGNALAZIONE ERRORI ▪ Durante il periodo di garanzia possono essere eseguite le riparazioni solo dal Servizio di Assistenza autorizzato. ▪ Prima della riparazione bisogna staccare l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica è cioè staccare il cavo d’alimentazione o svitare il fusibile. ▪ Gli interventi e le riparazioni non autorizzati possono provocare la folgorazione o il corto circuito, per cui non eseguiteli. Lasciate questi lavori ai tecnici autorizzati.

Our appliances are packed in the environmentally friendly materials which may be recycled, deposited or destroyed without any hazard to the environment. Such packaging materials are also labeled accordingly. Once the life cycle your appliance is over, make sure not to pollute the environment, and deliver it to the authorized collectors of old household appliances.

Installing the foam gasket Before inserting the appliance into the opening in the kitchen worktop, the supplied foam gasket must be attached to the lower side cooking hob (see figure above). Do not install the appliance without the foam gasket! The gasket should be attached to the appliance in the following way: - Remove the protective film from the gasket. - Then, attach the gasket to the lower side approximately 2-3 millimetres from the edge (as shown in the figure).

• On the lower side, the cooking hob is fitted with a gas connection plug with a ISO7-1 R1/2 thread. • Also supplied with the appliance is an adapter for liquid gas, a taper male, and a non-metal gasket. • When connecting, the knee R1/2 should be held firmly to prevent it from rotating. • For sealing of the connection joints, use a non-metal approved gaskets and approved sealants. • The gaskets should only be used once.
Instructions for urban (G110, G120, G150.1) and methane gas (G20, G25) 1. Light the burner and bring it to the minimum position. 2. Remove the gas tap knob and turn the adjustment screw on the side of the tap rod: anti-clockwise to increase the gas flow clockwise to reduce the gas flow until a regular minimum flame is obtained. 3. Re-assemble the knob and verify burner flame stability (when quickly rotating the hand from maximum to minimum position the flame must not shut off). 4.
Important warnings • The gas burners are fitted a candle as flame failure device. If the burner flame is extinguished accidentally or unintentionally (e.g. when some liquid boils over or when there is draught in the room): gas supply is automatically cut off, thus preventing the gas from being emitted into the room. • Gas burner cover should always be placed on the burner crown very carefully. Make sure the slots on the burner crown are never obstructed.

Ignition and operation of the burners User’s instructions This appliance must be used for the purpose it was designed for, i.e. domestic cooking. Any other use is considered to be improper and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer will accept no liability for any damage caused by improper, incorrect or irrational use. Using the burners • If the burners are not used for several days, wait a few seconds before lighting them in order to release any air from the pipes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Do not use a steam cleaning appliance to clean this appliance. The steam could reach the electrical components and cause a short circuit. The appliance should be cleaned regularly, preferably after each use, after cooling down. To avoid water marks and limescale deposits, use a soft cloth to dry surfaces that have been cleaned with water. Food that has boiled over can cause discolouration of the burner parts and the stainless steel cooktop. Remove any soiling immediately.
SPECIAL WARNINGS AND FAULT REPORTING Important ▪ During the warranty period, only a service center authorized by the manufacturer may carry out any repairs. ▪ Before making any repairs, make sure the appliance is disconnected from the power mains either by removing the fuse or by disconnecting the power plug from the wall outlet.
