Main Menu

This menu option allows the PC to mimic a 3GS Remote

Keypad Display (RKD). All keyboard input is sent directly to

the controller and the PC screen responds in real-time

operating as an RKD display.

Mode keys may be selected by holding down

and pressing

certain function keys (see below). Options which utilise the

RKD Shift key to select letters may now be executed by

entering the letters directly. For example, at the RKD -

selects “S” for “Set Data Format”. At the PC

keyboard simply enter CODE S.

There are two LED indicators to the right of the display,

Mains Present and Alert/Warning Message. The RKD Comms.

indicator is not present as this LED is only relevant to local

RS485 network faults.
