matière plastique haute qualité sont livrés ou non avec la
mandoline selon la référence de l’article ci-dessous.
• Le chariot protecteur est guidé sur ses rails et permet les
coupes rondelles et bâtonnets.
Le poussoir universel est libre et permet toutes les coupes
inclus les coupes gaufrées et les gaufrettes.
• Mandoline entièrement en acier inoxydable.

• The stainless steel safety guard (available with plastic
handle or varnished wooden handle) or the plastic (high
quality) universal safety guard are delivered or not with
the mandoline, depending to the article reference below.
• The safety guard is guided on its rails and allows both
slices and sticks‘s cuts. The universal guard is free and al-
lows.
All the cuts included the waffl ed cuts and the wafers.
• Mandoline all made in stainless steel. Hardened stainless
steel blade, specialized sharpening in Thiers / France.
