6. Remove screws - (Figure 6a) and lift the CPU bracket off the computer.
7. Unlock the processor by raising lever (Figure 6b).
8. Lift the CPU (Figure 6c) off the computer.

Caution
The heat sink, and
CPU area in general,
contains parts which
are subject to high
temperatures. Allow
the area time to cool
before removing these
parts.
