2.Disassembly
Removing the Battery
1. Turn the computer off, and turn it over.
2. Locate the battery bay at point
(Figure 1a).
3. Slide the battery lock
in the direction of the arrow (towards the unlock symbol ), and hold it in place (as
shown in Figure 1b)
.
4. Slide the Battery out of the computer’s battery bay (Figure 1c).

a. Locate the battery re-
lease latch.
b. Slide the latch to the left
and hold.
c. Slide the battery out.
