2.Disassembly
Removing the Battery
If you are confident in undertaking upgrade procedures yourself, for safety reasons it is best to remove the battery. The com-
puter may come with a 4 cell battery , or a 10 cell battery .
1. Turn the computer off, and turn it over.
2. Slide the latch in the direction of the arrow (it will remain in place).
3. Slide the latch in the direction of the arrow, and hold it in place.
4. Slide the battery out of the computer in the direction of the arrow .

b. Slide the battery out.
