This warranty does NOT cover damage from abuse, commercial use or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use that is not in accordance with the bakeware instructions provided with this product. This warranty does not cover scratches, stains or discoloration caused by negligence, misuse or abuse.
