To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. Slip the circular end of an accessory tool onto the end of the hose handle and twist slightly to secure. If additional reach is needed, place a wand on the hose handle first.
