6.1.2 GRINDING SYSTEM CLEANING
Remove the cover and open the upper burr holder. Then, clean the burrs and the other inner
parts with a brush or a dry cloth. Use a vacuum cleaner or a compressed air jet, if necessary.
Position the upper burr holder and the cover back, and then insert the container.
For a complete sanitisation, use cleaning tablets for coffee grinders available on the market.
ATTENTION
Any cleaning and sanitisation operations should be carried out with products
approved for food use.
6.2 MAINTENANCE
To ensure the proper operation of the appliance, check and replace the burrs every 250 kg
of coffee, if necessary.
ATTENTION
Maintenance is to be performed only by skilled personnel authorized by the manu-
facturer.
ATTENTION
Do not carry out makeshift or precarious repairing and do not use non-original spare
parts.
