4.6 OPERATION
Select the dose to be delivered via the corresponding keys , or .
Place the filter holder onto the fork (5), making sure it is exactly under the dispensing spout
(7) (Fig. 7) and push it forward until it touches the key (6).
Dispensing stops when the time set in programming has elapsed, the grinding time goes
back to the value set and the appliance is ready for a new grinding.
By selecting the continuous dose,
dispensing lasts as long as the grinding start key
(6) is pressed.
When the grinding start key (6) is released, dispensing stops and the appliance returns to
the automatic mode of dose selection.
ATTENTION
The automatic dispensing can be stopped before the grinding time has elapsed.
During dispensing, press the grinding start key (5) with the filter holder to stop dis-
pensing:
• Press the grinding start key (6) again to restart dispensing for the remaining time;
• Press any dose key to stop dispensing. The grinding time returns to the value set.
If the "Blow Up - Zero Retention" system (optional) is fitted, at the end of grinding, exert
some vigorous pressure on the cover (1) of the container (2) to compress the membrane
and create a blow of air inside the dispensing spout (7) to let the last ground coffee residues
fall.
