Configure DCOM Using Component Services Editor
1. After restarting the computer, open the Component Services Editor.
2. Click Start and select Run.
The Run dialog appears.
3. Type dcomcnfg and press Enter.
The Component Services Editor appears.

4. Expand Component Services in the left pane (Figure 8).
5. Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties.
The My Computer Properties dialog opens.
6. Click the Default Properties tab.
