8. GRILL + ROTISSERIE
With this function, the middle top element is switched on, which distributes heat
directly onto the food. The rotisserie is automatically switched on together with the
grill (see separate instructions).
9. GRILL
With this function, the middle top element is switched on, which distributes heat
directly onto the food (fi g. 8). As well as grilling, this function may also be used to
lightly brown ready cooked dishes.
10. FAN ASSISTED GRILL
With this function, the middle top element is switched on and the irradiated heat is
distributed by the fan. This function is ideal for dishes requiring a lighter grilling, as
the fan moderates the direct heat from the upper element, and the resulting lower
temperature allows even and crispy browning. Ideal for roasts and chicken.
11. BROWNING WITH THE UPPER ELEMENT
With this function, the outer top element is switched on, which distributes heat
directly onto the food. This function is ideal for delicately browning the top of a dish
or toasting bread.
USING THE ROTISSERIE (fi g. 9)
Slide the chicken or meat onto the spit. Secure tightly between the forks and make sure that the weight is
evenly balanced, to prevent unnecessary strain on the motor.
After fi tting the support into the guide rack 4, mount the spit onto the support and fi t the end (A) into the relative
motor socket (E).
Always use the drip tray to collect meat juices, as described in the section “COOKING TIPS”.
Unscrew and remove the spit handle, close the oven door and start the relative cooking function.
