PROGRAMME SELECTOR KNOB (ref. A)
Turn knob clockwise or anticlockwise to select the required programme, which is instantaneously shown on
the display.
Turning the selector knob to STOP while a programme is in progress arrests the programme immediately.
The selected function cannot be changed while a programme is in progress. To change function, turn knob to
STOP and select a new programme.
THERMOSTAT or PERCENTAGE GRILL POWER SETTING KNOB (ref. B)
Use to set the required cooking temperature for programmes not using the grill (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11) or to
set percentage grill power in grill programmes (8, 9 and 10).
When any cooking or grilling function is selected, a preset value appears on the display, depending on the
programme. Turn the knob clockwise or anticlockwise to increase or decrease this value.
The maximum settable temperature varies from programme to programme, whereas the maximum grill
setting possible is always 100%.
The minimum settable temperature is always 50°C, whereas the minimum grill setting is always 10%.
DISPLAY
With the programme selector knob (A) in the STOP position, the display
only shows the time and only the TIMER, OVEN LIGHT and LOCK CONTROLS
buttons may be used.
With the programme selector knob (A) in any position other than STOP, the
display shows the time and the symbol for the selected programme.
In programmes with no grill function, the values for TEMPERATURE SETTING
and OVEN AIR TEMPERATURE are also displayed, which vary while the oven is
operating.
In programmes with grill function, the value for PERCENTAGE GRILL POWER
is displayed instead.
POWER CUTS
After a brief power cut (approximately 4 minutes), the oven resumes all set functions normally.
After a longer power cut, the cooking function must be reselected and any user defi ned programmes and the
correct time must be set again.
