Service and inspection
Remove iron swarf from the read head and actuator
at regular intervals.
Only use solvent‑free detergents for cleaning the
actuators and read heads!
Regular inspection of the following is necessary
to ensure trouble‑free long‑term operation:
f correct switching function
f secure mounting of components
f loose connections.
In the event of damage or wear and tear, the
damaged system component must be replaced.
Exclusion of liability under the following
conditions:
f incorrect use
f non‑compliance with safety regulations
f installation and electrical connection not per‑
formed by authorized personnel
f failure to perform functional checks.
