• Install the reduction gear shaft and the reduction

gear.

10-9 ACG Set Installation

• Install the A/C generator coil set onto the right

crankcase cover (3 screws).

• Install the A/C generator (2 screws).

• Attach the wire harness securely onto the

indention of the crankcase.

• Ensure that the wire harness is placed under the

A/C generator.

Installation

• Install the dowel pin and new gasket.

• Remove the water pump cover.

• Install the right crankcase cover onto the

crankcase.

• Note: Align the water pump shaft indention with

the oil pump shaft.
